‘Dartford’s Victorian Central Park was in need of a little TLC. Commissioned by Dartford Council, this aspirational, fully animated video informed Dartford’s residents of the council’s plans to regenerate the park.
The film is a mix of graphics and photography, animated into an energetic short promo, and featuring a voiceover by a well known BBC broadcast voiceover artist.’
