‘Our brief was to create a marketing sales tool for Chatham Place. The primary challenge was that the residential development was still under construction, yet the campaign needed to convey a complete and compelling vision of life at Chatham Place to potential clients.
The sales toll was delivered as a mix of print and film, as well as an interactive app that guided potential clients through the full Chatham Place experience.
The three-minute promo follows ‘a day in the life of ‘a young couple who reside in Chatham Place. Produced during the building’s construction, the film brings this vision to life through a blend of live footage, CGI, and green screen composites.’
